Goji Berry Shake

GOJI BERRY SHAKE

1 cup dried goji berries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 banana, peeled
3 strawberries, hulls removed
1 cup water
1/2 cup ice 

FOOD PREP: 

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour into a glass and enjoy this superfood delight!
